TGA Capital  executes  Private Equity investments in middle market companies and PIPEs investments in large cap public companies. We invest in the USA as well as globally in Emerging Markets around the World.

 

Types of Transactions

Growth Equity, LBOs, Distressed and Special Situations, Private Placements, PIPES, Equity Lines of Credit, Convertibles, IPO & Pre-IPO funding commitments.

  • Private Companies
    • EBITDA of $2 – $100 million
    • Sales: $5 – $500 million
    • Preferred Industries: consumer products, (online) education, digital media and internet, ecommerce, business services, software, and other technology companies with recurring revenue model.
  • Public Companies: all exchanges worldwide, minimum market capitalization of $30+ million, investment size $10 – $150 million, stock liquidity allows larger investments.
  • Private Companies planning public company merger or IPO listing: same as Public Companies, $3M+ EBITDA preferred.
