Mr. Angelov is the founder and managing partner of the firm and the driving force shaping the strategic direction of the firm. His expertise is in sourcing, due diligence and execution of investment opportunities. His Venture Capital, Private Equity and M&A experience includes Growth Equity, Leveraged Buyouts (LBO), and Distressed and Special situations across a broad spectrum of industries in the digital media and internet, consumer products, media, telecommunications, education, e-commerce, software, energy, manufacturing, real estate, health care etc.

Prior to his career in Venture Capital and Private Equity, Ivan has held advisory positions with international financial advisory and management consulting firms, as well as finance and marketing roles with global Fortune 100 corporations. He has an extensive international experience including Eastern Europe, Western Europe, USA and Latin America.

Ivan earned a B.S. degree in International Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg, Germany where he graduated with the highest honors and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
